Your practice.
Your Kubo.
Snippets, shortcuts, editable forms, your tooth notation, and your brand on every letter and portal. Kubo bends to how your practice already works — not the other way around.
- Per-clinician and practice-wide
- Set once, applied everywhere
Say it once. Reuse it forever.
Your phrasing,
one shortcut away.
Save the blocks you write on every case — post-op instructions, standard findings, consent language — and drop them in with a shortcut. Type it, or say it out loud.
- Text snippets
Full, editable blocks inserted with a slash shortcut — never retyped, never dug out of an old note.
- Voice snippets
Say the trigger while you dictate and the saved block appears — hands-free, chairside.

Forms that match your protocols
Every option,
editable.
The dropdowns and pick-lists inside Kubo’s surgical forms aren’t fixed. Rename them, remove what you never use, and add the options your practice actually documents — so the form reads the way your team already charts.

Kubo speaks both tooth-numbering systems. Choose the one your practice uses and every note, letter, and form follows it — no mental conversion, no mislabeled teeth.

Your letterhead.
Your brand.
Everything a patient or referrer sees carries your identity — the letters Kubo drafts and the portals they open. Add your logo, set your letterhead, and pick your colors once; Kubo applies them across every document and page.
- Logo & letterhead
Drop in your mark and header; referral and recall letters print on your stationery.
- Brand colors on portals
The pages patients open to read a letter or sign a form match your practice, not ours.

Custom dictionary
Teach Kubo your abbreviations, drug names, implant systems, and OMS terms so transcription and dictation get them right — every time.

The questions we hear most, answered plainly.
Can each clinician have their own snippets and shortcuts?
Yes. Snippets, voice snippets, and shortcuts can be personal to a clinician or shared across the whole practice — so individuals keep their own phrasing while the team stays aligned on shared blocks.
Does switching tooth notation change our existing notes?
No. Choosing Universal or FDI sets how teeth are displayed and written going forward. It is a presentation choice applied across notes, letters, and forms — it does not rewrite records that were already signed.
Can we use our own consent forms and templates?
Yes. You can bring your own consent forms and note templates, and build a custom dictionary of terms. Kubo drafts into your structures and recommends your forms rather than replacing them with generic ones.
Where do our logo and brand colors appear?
On the documents patients and referrers see — the letters Kubo drafts print on your letterhead, and the portals patients open to read or sign carry your logo and colors.
Make Kubo yours.
Down to the last detail.
See Kubo run on your snippets, your forms, your notation, and your brand — shaped around the way your practice already works.
