Built on Kubo Implants
Every plan already tracks what you place. Implant Inventory adds what’s on the shelf: counts by office, a warning before you run short or product expires, and what it’s all worth.
How Implant Inventory works
Receiving, stock, and placement all come from the same scan in the same app. No one keys a count into a spreadsheet.
Open the box and scan each label with the iPad or phone. Product, lot, serial, and expiration are captured in one pass.
On-hand goes up for that location. Par levels and expiration dates are watched from here on.
The placement scan you already do links the device to the patient and takes one off the shelf.
Valuation, dead stock, recall by lot, failed implants, and transfers, exportable to Excel.
Scanning
Implant Inventory runs on the Kubo app for iPad, iPhone, and Android. The camera reads the label, so product is received where the box is opened, checked on the shelf, and moved between offices without a handheld reader or a workstation.
Stock & expiration
Scan product in at receiving from the iPad. Kubo keeps on-hand counts for each office, flags anything below par, and surfaces graft material before it expires.
Everything in the add-on
Every feature Implant Inventory adds, in the order you’ll use them. All of it runs on the Kubo app for iPad, iPhone, and Android, with the reports on desktop and web.
Product comes in by scan, from the iPad or phone.
Counts, par levels, and expiration by location.
Transfers that update both counts.
Valuation, dead stock, recall, and failures.
Pricing, exports, and the multi-location view.
Reports & valuation
A typical surgical practice holds tens of thousands of dollars in implants and graft material. Implant Inventory values it as product moves, and answers the rest of the owner’s questions from the same data.
Implant Inventory adds receiving, on-hand counts, alerts, transfers, and valuation to the placement tracking already in every plan.
