The site has healed well since the extraction. CBCT shows adequate ridge width and 13 mm of bone height above the inferior alveolar canal, the adjacent teeth are sound, and her occlusion is favorable.
I have recommended a single implant at #30 with roughly three to four months of healing before restoration, and reviewed the risks and alternatives with her. I'll write again once it's placed so you can plan the crown.

I'm writing to update you following Ms. —'s surgery this morning. A 4.3 × 10 mm implant was placed at #30 without complication.
Placement followed the CBCT plan with a safe margin above the inferior alveolar canal, and primary stability was good at 35 Ncm. A healing abutment was placed, so no second-stage surgery will be needed.
She left with post-operative instructions and a short course of analgesia. I'll see her for an integration check in around twelve weeks and will let you know as soon as she's ready to restore.
