No. Kubo transcribes the conversation as it happens and then discards the audio — nothing is left behind to store or play back.
Is the transcript the final clinical note?
No. The transcript is the working source for the note Kubo drafts in your template. A clinician reviews, edits, and approves it before it becomes part of the chart.
Does the finished note write back to our PMS?
Yes. Once a clinician approves the note, Kubo can write it back to supported practice management systems. Nothing is filed before approval.
