August tuned the audio pipeline for clinical terminology and fast speech, added French transcription for bilingual teams, and let the mobile app keep recording while it is in the background.
August was about the recording itself — getting more of what was said, in the language it was said in, without losing any of it when the phone locks.
We tuned the audio pipeline so dictations come back more accurate and more reliable, particularly for clinical terminology and for clinicians who talk quickly. See Transcribe.
Kubo now transcribes French. Bilingual and French-speaking teams can capture notes in the language they actually use with patients and staff.
On mobile, recording continues while the app is in the background. Check another app or let the screen lock and the dictation carries on.
