Inventory, all new

June shipped a complete inventory system with valuation, recall, dead stock, and failed implant reports; implant scanning straight into the chart; a Shares Outbox that catches failed letter deliveries and resends them; and a microphone check before you record.

June was about the things that are easy to lose track of — the implant stock in the back room, the letter that bounced last Tuesday, the microphone that was muted before the visit started.

Inventory

Know what you have

Track products and implants across your practice, with reports that answer the questions you actually ask: inventory valuation and on-hand value, dead stock by days idle, failed implants, recall by lot number, and transfers between locations.

  • Product pricing uploads so valuations reflect what you actually pay.
  • Excel exports for every report.
  • Inventory tab in the DSO view for multi-location groups. See Kubo for DSOs.
  • Improved implant scanner with duplicate detection.

Implants

Scan straight into the chart

No more pending-scan forms. Scanned implants land in the patient record and can be finalized at scan time. Scanned and placed implants are merged automatically using the most recent seven days, so the chart stays accurate. See Implants.

Letters

Shares Outbox

A single view of every letter you’ve sent, with filters for expired and failed shares. See Letters.

  • Delivery errors surface in the letter itself when an email or fax fails.
  • Bulk resend and extend for anything that didn’t go through.
  • Automatic retry. Fix a referring doctor’s email or fax and Kubo resends the failed letters on its own.
  • Custom sections in letter templates.

Recording

Check the mic first

Kubo alerts you if your microphone is muted or not connected before you start recording. See Transcribe.

Scribe

  • Quick Notes everywhere. Access Quick Notes from the navigation bar, the patient dashboard, and the appointment popover.
  • Underline formatting and a signature lines option for notes.
  • Prior visit context on follow-ups. Follow-up notes automatically reference the previous visit.
  • Note template editor improvements. See Templates.

Context

  • All vitals for a visit in one view, with quick buttons for vitals and medical review on the context panel. See Context.
  • Clear data sources. See which information came from your PMS and which was created in Kubo.
  • Exparel support for third molars.
