What's new · June 2026
June shipped a complete inventory system with valuation, recall, dead stock, and failed implant reports; implant scanning straight into the chart; a Shares Outbox that catches failed letter deliveries and resends them; and a microphone check before you record.
June was about the things that are easy to lose track of — the implant stock in the back room, the letter that bounced last Tuesday, the microphone that was muted before the visit started.
Track products and implants across your practice, with reports that answer the questions you actually ask: inventory valuation and on-hand value, dead stock by days idle, failed implants, recall by lot number, and transfers between locations.
No more pending-scan forms. Scanned implants land in the patient record and can be finalized at scan time. Scanned and placed implants are merged automatically using the most recent seven days, so the chart stays accurate. See Implants.
A single view of every letter you’ve sent, with filters for expired and failed shares. See Letters.
Kubo alerts you if your microphone is muted or not connected before you start recording. See Transcribe.
