What's new · April 2025
April brought speech-to-text into letters and every notes field, referral letters sent from your practice's own email domain, and more than one letter per visit — plus letters that are not tied to a visit at all.
April was a large release, shaped by the practices in our beta who put each of these features to work chairside before they shipped to everyone.
Speech-to-text now works across the platform. Dictate notes, referral letters, and any large text field directly — no extra tools, no copying from somewhere else. Hands stay free and attention stays on the patient.
Referral letters can now be sent from your practice’s email domain instead of the default Kubo address. Referring offices see mail from you, which builds trust and keeps provider communication looking the way it should.
You asked, and it is here: generate multiple referral letters from a single patient visit, so each referring provider gets a letter written for them. You can also create letters that are not attached to a visit, for general correspondence.
A special thank you to our beta customers. Your feedback in real-world practice shaped and strengthened this release.
