Two-factor sign-in and one-tap calling

November added two-factor authentication to Kubo accounts, a schedule that follows the day as it moves, and tap-to-call a patient from the appointment card or their demographics.

November was about the two ends of a visit — signing in securely at the start of the day, and reaching the patient at the end of it.

Security

Two-factor authentication

You can now enable two-factor authentication on your Kubo account for an extra layer of protection around patient data and practice information. See Security.

Schedule

The schedule follows the day

The appointments view now follows you through the day, so what is on screen is what is happening now rather than where you left it this morning.

Calling

Call a patient from the chart

From the appointment or demographics view, tap or click a patient’s phone number to call them directly. No copying numbers, no switching screens to dial.
