December was about the page you spend most of the day on. The visit workspace was rebuilt so writing documents is faster and data entry is a single scroll rather than a set of tabs.
Visit workspace
Letters and documents in tabs
The visit page was redesigned around the documents you produce from it.
- Tabs for visit documents. Open and work on multiple letters in the same view, with no jumping between pages.
- Inline actions. Download, copy, and print letters directly from the visit.
- Action button. Generate additional documents from the visit with one button, with more document types on the way.
Note Data
All data entry and audio capture now live in a single view called Note Data.
- Scroll from anesthesia to discharge. Everything needed to finalize a surgical note is one continuous flow instead of separate tabs.
- No more waiting on audio. Keep documenting while audio files process. The note does not wait for the transcript, and neither do you.
Quality of life
- Snippets and form options in Settings. Manage snippets and certain form options directly in Settings.
- Reassign audio and uploads. Recorded under the wrong patient? Move audio files and other uploads to the right one.
- Follow-up context panel. Scroll down to prep, and hide the anesthesia section to keep the view focused on what matters for a follow-up.
- Smarter provider defaults. For visits, forms, and letters, the provider now defaults to the logged-in user when they are a provider, so there are fewer clicks and fewer mis-assignments.
Implants
- Penguin RFA is now supported in dental implant forms, so implant stability measurements are captured accurately in the documentation. See Implants.
